Web design and digital communication.

Structure

A website’s conceptual structure is its framework: it defines how information is stored, presented and navigated.

Once the client has defined the content, the project team meets to decide how the website will function and look. Discussion continues until everyone agrees on an approach.

A web site may represent the internal structure of a company, but it may also be based on a specific product or service.

Once the concept is approved, we draw up a site plan showing its hierarchy and the relationships between sections.

With the basic design agreed, we develop the overall template and navigation. We review the conceptual structure carefully before proceeding with development.

User testing is the way to assess whether a design meets its goals. Ideally, participants reflect the intended audience and use cases, so we can check their needs are met before launch.

Presentation

An Internet presence is now a must.

For years, business leaders and public authorities have stressed the importance of an online presence. A company without a website risks losing credibility, competitiveness and business opportunities.

Simply being online is not enough: the way you present yourself affects your company’s image and the trust it inspires.

Make the most of the opportunities this medium offers:

  • Communications: Email and other low-cost methods improve communication within and between companies.

  • Client satisfaction: Today, the customer is king. The Internet gives consumers and businesses extensive information about products and services. Direct online customer service can be efficient and inexpensive. Leading websites make it easy to find help and buy quickly.

  • Cost efficiency: The Internet reduces costs in communication, purchasing, administration, training and many other business activities.

  • Pre-sales, customer relationships and loyalty: Anticipating customers’ needs helps attract and retain them, especially when they can find all the information they need to decide online.

  • E-commerce: E-commerce reduces costs and opens markets. A website gives a company international reach. Even for tasks such as selecting suppliers, it can be highly useful.

  • Logo and brand: An online presence acts as a company’s shop window and office. Intranets also strengthen the brand internally by connecting and informing employees.

Whether you are establishing an online presence, entering new markets or redesigning your website, EurDesign WebDesign offers a broad range of solutions, competitive prices and experienced professionals.
